登革熱疫情全台發燒，其中台南最為嚴重，已對中小學校外教學產生影響。教育部綜合規畫司長陳雪玉昨表示，學校如果要到台南進行校外教學，應先做好評估，「因為那裡風險性高」。

教育部每天傍晚都會開記者會說明教育界因應登革熱的狀況，截至昨日下午5時止，全國學校的學生教職員有662人感染或疑似登革熱，其中國小生257人、占38.8％，國中生170人、占25.7％，是感染數最多的兩個階段。

媒體詢問，現在中小學每年都有辦校外教學，可以去疫情最嚴重的台南嗎？陳雪玉回答，學校考量疫情狀況自行決定，「那裡（台南）風險性高」，要帶學生去應先做好評估。

中小學每年都會為各年級學生辦1次校外教學，以國中生為例，7年級通常是1天來回、8年級是2天1夜、9年級則是3天2夜（算是畢業旅行）。

此外， 現在國中小學生上學還是要穿夏裝的短袖短褲，被蚊蟲叮咬的風險不小，令家長們憂心不已。陳雪玉回應說，學生該穿什麼樣制服，學校可以自行決定，但現在是特別時期，建議中小學採彈性作法，允許學生穿長衣長褲上學，一起抵抗登革熱的威脅。
